1. Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

  • Canada: Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 CAD (before tax).
  • United States: Free standard shipping on all orders over $40 USD (before tax).

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery & Tracking

  • Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Responsibility

  • Once your order is shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your order. If there’s an issue, please review the conditions below:

Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • In original packaging with hang tags attached
  • You must provide your order number and confirm the product is in its original form.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Go to our Contact Page and submit your request.
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Confirmation that the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
  3. One of our representatives will review your request and, if approved, provide a return shipping label or arrange a replacement.

Accepted Reasons for Return

  • Wrong size, design, or color was sent.
  • Product arrived damaged.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for approved cases (wrong item sent or defective item).
  • Subject to product availability.

Final Sale Items

  • Second Life products are final sale — no returns or exchanges accepted.
