Return & Refund Policy – Classified Studio
At Classified Studio, most of our apparel is made-to-order, meaning your items are custom-made after you place your order. This helps reduce waste and maintain exclusivity — but it also means we do not accept returns or exchanges on most items.
Made-to-Order = Final Sale
All made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless:
- The item is blank (not customized)
- You received a wrong, damaged, or defective item
Request a Return or Report an Issue
If you received a blank item, a wrong item, or a defective product, you have 30 days from delivery to submit a return request.
To do this, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page.
We’ll review your request and get back to you with next steps.
Do not send anything back before contacting us.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Return Conditions (If Approved)
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be included
- Return shipping labels and instructions will be provided if the return is approved
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please submit a form through our Contact Us page with your order number and a description of the issue. Including photos will help us resolve the problem faster.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Made-to-order/custom apparel
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items returned without approval
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, but only for blank/non-customized items.
Made-to-order apparel is exempt under EU regulations for custom goods.
Refunds
If your return is approved and received in proper condition, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 business days after approval and you haven’t received your refund, submit a follow-up through our Contact Us form.
