Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Classified Studio. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy (Canada)

Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard (Canada Post or equivalent): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 1–3 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Classified Studio is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Lost or Damaged Packages

Classified Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided.
